Meter not included. Everything works on this radio as it should. It comes with power cord, bracket and Astatic 636 noise canceling microphone. It is fully opened up up for 10m and 11m operation. Echo, talk back, Voice changer, Alpha channel slider and will slide in between channels with the Course and fine Frequency adjustments. It has been well cared for and looks as good as it functions. About two years ago I replaced all of the internal board jumpers, and internally cleaned the radio. At that time all alignments we checked with oscilloscope. Just a great radio that is over kill for my use. The $450 price includes shipping to the Continental United States. It will be packed well, I have been shipping hand made ceramic tile for over 25 years. It is sold as is, as it is a great radio. I am not desperate to sell it, just would like to see someone get and use a great radio rather than it sit on a shelf.
