Upon reception of your package inspect the contents for damage immediately. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 5 days upon receiving the package. In the rare occurrence that there is a situation, at the desecration of Degroot Studios, the manufacturer, we will either replace damaged parts or the entire mosaic, at no cost to our customer ground ship only. Expedited shipping can be arranged with additional charges to the customer.

 All returns for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by the manufacturer. All returns must have a return number issued by the manufacturer written on the outside of the box. If a box is received without this number, it will be stored unopened for 30 days and no money will be refunded. After 30 days the box will be opened, and the product will be resold.   All sales are final after 30 days. 

All our mosaics are made as a Non frost proof tile. The manufactures largest customer base is in the North East area of the US and they have never had issues with this. The manufacturer would have no problem with independent lab certification of our tile as a frost proof tile but at this the cost is out of reach, so we tell you this. This certification is coming in the future. Please have your mosaics installed by a professional below your local frost line. 

Every effort is taken with each mosaic that Degroot Studios makes to look identical to the picture represented on the website. This truly is a handmade product as it has been for over 60 years. Hand cut clay to make tile, hand processed bisque preparation, color applied by hand with artist brushes and each piece adhered to mesh by hand. Sizes are close approximates and due to the nature of it being a truly handmade product certain subtle variations may occur. There are other variables including adjustment of device.

Installed Pics These are pictures of our Mosaic Designs installed in the pools underwater.
Product information Page This includes information such as number of pieces, number of different colors and sample colors provided by our glaze manufactures for each color used in the Mosaic Design
